If for any reason, you wish to return a product purchased from Kitchenly or are dissatisfied with its quality, you can send it back to us for a replacement with another item. We assure you there will be no arguments, disputes, or excuses. It's your right, and we deeply respect it. **Although we strive to meet your expectations by providing quality products on time, if you have decided on a replacement, we are here to assist you. You are eligible for a replacement without any deduction in the following scenarios:**
- **We shipped the wrong product that does not match your order, or there's a manufacturing defect in the product you ordered.**
**Process for Replacement:**
1. **You have seven days (from the date of parcel receipt) to inform us that you wish to exchange the product.**
2. **Notify us by sending an Email to support@kitchenly.pk or call at 0314-9942197, stating your order ID.**
3. **Return the parcel within seven days of receiving it using a courier service. The cost of sending back the product will be borne by the customer.**
**Some Do’s and Don’ts:**
- **Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original purchase condition.**
- **Please send us the following: Original Product Packaging, Manufacturer's Containers, Documentation, Warranty Cards, Manuals, and all accessories.**
- **All packaging, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.**
